Hope you might be able to help me out with my work. I need to find
a successful protocol with materials stating how to using ficoll gradient to
isolate t cells from peripheral human blood.
Beyond that a protocol to expand t cell numbers with PHA before
introducing superantigen to them
I am beginning to realise this is quite a demanding competitive area
or so I think, are there any useful journals web sites you may be able to
recommend
.
I have come across using a nylon column but am not sure what this invloves. I
would apreciate any experienced opinions such opting for using sheep red
blood cell mixtures to fix the t cells.
