Responding to Keld Sorenson's note on phosphatase vs. peroxidase. I've
been asked to copare the two and would ask if you have any insight -

It is my understanding that AP is an older technology than peroxidase
and has certain beneficial characteristics (mainly stability), but that
peroxidase is a smaller molecule and therefore isn't as encumbered by
non-specific binding issues.

What is your assessment of the two - and is it that the utility of AP is
waning with peroxidase likely to be the dominant technology over the
next few years?

This is from the uneducated so please help me understand - and might a
phone call be possible?
