Hi,
My name is
Dilek Tiyekli, I'm from University of Trakya, Edirne, Turkey
I am
interested in immunology and also having
education as a master student. I have a question:
In the
western blott immunoblotting, there is a technic which is known as sodium
dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE) in which proteins
are dissolved in a solution called sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). I want to be
informed about how this solution is getting prepared. Could you send me data
about this topic?
Waiting for your reply, thank you for your
interests yours sincerely
