I came across a response you gave at http://www.bio.net/bionet/mm/immuno/1997-January/009410.html and was wondering at what pH and what acid was used to acidify the water. Also would it be wise to give an initial IP dose of Brdu post operatively and start them mice on Brdu water simultaneously? Our mice are immune deficient and we have had some infection problems post islet cell transplant. Any insight or papers on the subject would be of great assistance. Thank you in advance!
