Dear Dr. Toka;
I came across a short communication you placed on the net on the topic of setting up the FACSCalibur for K562 cells stained with CFSE and 7AAD a few years back.
Now, we are facing same problem, using FACS CantoII, trying to setup NK cytotoxicity by cluttering K562 with PBMNCs. CFSE and 7AAD work fine separately on K562 but not when we have them all together.
Can you please help by sending your staining protocol so we can follow.
