Hi there. I appreciate all yours suggestions/comments on PCR cloning
systems. I decided to give it a try with Invitrogen's TOPO and am already
getting some clones.

On the other hand, have somebody ever combined shuttle vectors (mammalian,
MVA or adV) with siRNA/microRNA vectors for expression analysis purposes ?.
I am planning a reverse genetics system for rescue variants of a RNA virus
and such decision appears to be the cornerstone of the final succees, any
ideas, opinions, tech suggestions ?.
