I've been searching a bit and it seems I need CD15 or CD16 for neutrophils, or I could use CD123 to cover neutrophils and macrophages. There's no rat antibodies for any of these available. Is this odd? You can't FACS for rat neutrophils? Is there a cross reactive antibody that'll do it maybe?
