Hi:
We have been running PCRs (100 to 350 bp) (yellow and blue)
for many years, analyzing fragments on the 370 genescanner,
using red internal lane standards.
Lately, these standards are inconsistent, containing a variety of aberrant peaks, and only appear normal when run alone with loading solution provided by the supplier.

The PCR products remain excellent and reproducible.

Has anyone experienced this problem and what has been your solution?

Thanks,
