siRNA for AR1 AR2 Receptor

Hello.

I need to block the AR1 or AR2 receptor in a CHO line, because i have
some problems with the expression of Beta-Interferon in this line.
The production of bIFN decays very rapdly in my culture, and the is a
toxic protein for my culture because is a very powerfull inducer of
apoptosis.


So i can block the receptor using antybodies or  i try with
Interference RNA to reducec the expression of the receptor.


Anybody has experience or tips in this field.
