hello all!
  i am trying to encapsulate my bacterium using sodium alginate by dissolving alginic acid(2%) in 0.1 n NaOH and  introducing this solution (mixed with bacteria )dropwise into 2%CaCl2. though the alginate does polymerise, the capsule quality is very poor. can anyone help?
