Dear
  i want to amplify the 16s rRNA from soil DNA. the soil contain humaic acid that is PCR inhabitor. i use the CTAB to over come this problem. but still i cant get amplification. i shall be very glad to receive any suggestion in PCR protocol to get the amplification
