column matrices for protein purification:

and if you have don't have the chromtaography kit check out magnetic
beads, you just need a relatively cheap magnetic base for tubes.
Invitrogen sell Dynal surface activated magnetic beads:

The epoxy beads would give you a stable linkage to amino groups on
your protein. There are two sizes of beads , the larger beads are
designed for large proteins such as antibodies.
