Daer DK,
that's exactly what I thought...a method is a method and cannot do more
than it does... As to electroporation, that we have already tried, and
as I wrote in my first SOS, we're particularly concerned about the
overall viability of electroporated cultures. Maybe your guide might be
helpful at this specific regard...Thanks a lot in advance

I promise, there isn't anything *amazing* in my guide either :-)
Mostly common sense and explanation if how various factors
come into play.
