Hi molbio group, I need an enzyme to amplify diverse sets of low complexity templates with a high success rate and good yields. What would be the best PCR enzyme that gives least errors/bp/duplication and highest specificity and success rate. Your comments and suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks, Peter
