IEC cell transfection

Hi,

I'm trying to transfect (both transient and stable)
the IEC 6 cell line. I've tried Effectene and
Lipofectamine but both don't seem to work. Does anyone
have any good protocols for transfecting these cells?
The protocol that I've been using works for all other
cell lines but not for this one.
