  Greetings,
   
  Do you have information about PCR concatamers?
   
  Last year I was amplifying the ccmE gene, and I wasn't have any problem. But currently, my PCR product is doubling is size. After heated it at 80ºC/10 min, the bands appear at the expected size.
   
  Do you give me some advice?
