chromosomal labeling of Escherichia coli

Hello!

Since two years I try to mark an E.coli chromosmal with a reportergen (gfp). 
I tried it by homologue recombination (gbx-system, pKD46), by suicide 
vectors (pIVET)and by transposone mutagenese but nothing worked. Does 
anybody else know another method I could try?
