Frozen/Freezing Cells

I assume they were in -20 for just the night, and that should be totally
fine .... yes, you should go ahead and place them in -80 and thaw out 1 vial
just in case ....like everyone else suggested.... however, I have placed
cells in -20 ON and does'nt matter too much.
