Hello
You can also try a Microcoon Catridge from Millipore, this cartridge
has a molecular cutoff , expressed in kda, it works like a filter
using a centrifuge
Besides , you can add multiples volumes of your sample in the same
sample, and desalt adding a buffer withou salt and concentrate in the
final step.
I use this cartridges because they have very low non specific binding
of proteins and DNA.
