If we are to realize many of our societal and/or individual goals and
dreams
for our future, we must actively seek solutions to various problems
critical
for our existence: problems of education, environment, social issues,
international conflicts, etc.
Whatever the particulars of these problems and their solutions, a
META-SOLUTION
to many of these is to disseminate the knowledge and the will to
utilize the
technologies for finding ingenious solutions and to apply them. I
this way,
people at large WILL address and solve the problems they encounter in
their
surrounding.
This conference will showcase sampling of the methods and technology
now
available and relevant to above issues. The emphasize and priority
is on those
that are immediately useful in one's own personal and professional
life as well
as those addressing the larger issues of society.
The conference will have participants from Society for Accelerated
Learning &
Teaching (SALT), Creative Problems Solving Inst. and National
Education
foundation.
During the conference we will also establish a communication and
exchange
network by the name of "NETWORK FOR SIGNIFICANT HUMAN ADVANCEMENT
(NESHA)". It
is intended to facilitate the communication and dissemination of new
research/development and new methodologies that help us find
solutions to
problems we are facing, grow and fulfill our potentials as
individuals or
community of people. Fellowship in NESHA will have various benefit
including
subscription to NESHA Quarterly.
