Can anyone on the network provide information on appropriate protocols
and negotiation experience with campus animal use committees involving
fluorocarbon emulsion perfused isolated or in situ brain preparations?
I am interested in exploring the possibility of learning and memory in
the isolated perfused brain preparation using intracranial stimulation
and multiple/single unit extracellular recording with the objective of
being able to pursue fine grained intracellular studies in cerebellum.
