Actually the binding sites for PCP (or ketamine, or MK801, or DXM) are
confusing and evidently far from understood. In addition to a binding
site (PCP1) that blocks NMDA channels, there is also the sigma site, as
well as a potential PCP2 site, which may be a reuptake site.
