Having recently gone through that process, I am well aware of what a chore
gathering that information can be. If anyone is up to it (not me), it
would be a welcome addition.
We can start with a list of resources (both in the Net and in the
"real" world). I would like to prepare a global list. If anybody knows
any organization that gives fellowships in Neuroscience, please send
me the informations (Name of the Organization, Address, Phone no.,
FAX, etc.) via private e-mail at

with subject

I will post the result (if any...) and ask to insert it in the FAQ
