Hi,
Many university med centers have head injury evaluation and rehab programs
now. Call them for advice on whether anything could be done this late to
improve things. Also, if the "para/schiz" began after the head injury, it
probably should be called "organic delusional (or hallucinatory) disorder
due to head injury" (DSM-III-R) instead. Sometimes adding tegretol allows
reducing the antipsychotic dose and reducing side effects.
