In a recent Biochemica (journal) article (I can't recall the issue #) of
2 to 3 months ago there was a great survey article on different methods
of apoptosis detection. Hope that helps. In our lab we do neuronal
apoptosis and detect it with the all too inconvenient DNA ladders.
This assay is cumbersome with low density cells.
I'd be interested to hear what you're thinking!!
