Dilantin is a standard treatment for complex partial seizures, and is
probably as effective as Tegretol. Lots of good literature about
epilepsy--there are a number of national organizations. You should contact
the Cleveland Clinic Neurology Department--they can probably give you
information about support groups, literature, etc.
