Thanks all for their reply to my last poster about this subject.
I am trying to work out a model that can link NO diffusion and the
currents of ion channel, so I need some experimental results. I know it's
difficulty to assay NO accurately in situ, so I plan to deduce some
results based on available experiments. It will be highly appreciated if
someone can provide me the following information:
1. The value of reaction rate of SNAP (S-nitroso-N-aceltyl-penicillamine)
SNAP === k ===> NO + ...
k=?
2. The detail time course of glutamate change after application of
some NO donors (SNAP and SNP).
Also, I'd like to communicate with anyone who is also in NO area.
