Hello,
A few years ago the BBC broadcasted a documentary on hydrocephalus patients,
children, who did not seem to suffer (much) from this fact. These patients
are interesting with respect to minimal procedural definitions of mental
faculties, such as language use, in the brain. Such definitions can of great
value in efforts to model human information processing.
Does anybody know some recent references on this subject? Please mail me at

I will post a summary of the responses on this newsgroup for others
interested.
