There are several references in the Neurophysiologic, Otologic, and
Audiologic literature with factors similar to your problem. Occasionally
loud noises induce transient vertigo in patients with inner ear lesions
and this is called the Tulio
phenimenon.
Consider a visit to an Ear Nose and Throat physician to help find the
cause of your symptoms and then have them treated. Ask about
electronystagmography to help localize the problem to a specific ear.
Many times you will need to undergo a hearing evaluation and possible a
special test called the Audiotory Brainstem Response and these are usually
given by Audiologists.
