Try "Single-Channel Recording" edited by Bert Sakmann and Erwin Neher.
Plenum Press 1983. Did you have any specific topics in mind, or
just general information? Let me know if you need more specifics.
Oh yeah, just a thought, but the easiest to understand explanation
of patch clamping is in the manuals for patch clamp amplifiers.
They tend to be written for a general sort of audience.
