NGF differentiation of PC12 cells (fwd)

I have done his a couple of times and had no problems with it particularly,
coat the wells with collagen, plate out subconfluent and add NGF (keep
NGF at -20 in aliquots concentrated and thaw out once and dilute then
keep at 4 C for no more than 1 week) at 50 or 100 ug/ml.

It takes afew days sometimes to see clear effects and may take a week
or 10 days for all cells to be differentiated. Obviously you need to
keep adding NGF when you feed the cells.
