icv BSA injection/infusion in rats question

I was wondering if anyone had knew about any risk involved
with intracerebroventricular (icv) injection/infusion of
peptides which require the addition of bovine serum albumin(bsa)

The bsa addition is per manufacturer recommendation to limit
peptide adhesion to the containers, & infusion minipump.

Would a dilution in the bsa (0.1-1%), promote immune
responses in the rat receiving the icv infusion (14day duration)?

Would I be better off not using bsa?

Thanks,
