Hallo,
I have transfected HeLa cells with a vector having as a reporter gene
the Luciferase gene. Is it possible to add substrates (D-luciferine etc.)
to the medium in oder to detect the cells which express the reporter gene ?
Does cells survive this procedure ? Has anyone a protocol for this ?
