Dear netters,
I'm looking for an immortal cell line
to use as a human motor-neuronal model.
The mixed
neuroblastoma x glioma NG108-15,in the rat, is the ideal
example, since it contains acetylcholine and is capable
of forming synapses with muscle fiber.
If anyone knows of a similar line in the human and
could tell me, he would help me incommensurably.
