Hey neuron culturists,
I have started to culture primary neurons from embryonic chick brain, and
would like to coat the wells with polylysine, then laminin. I'm looking
for a recipe for borate buffer for making up the polylysine, as i've heard
this is the buffer of choice. Anyone have such a thing, maybe even know
why use borate buffer? Any tips or alternatives would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance,
