There is a very useful set of 2 volumes called: Neurology in clinical
practice, by Bradley, WG. (et al.). London: Butterworth-Heinemann,
1989. ISBN: 040990194-6
The 2 volumes contain quite a good start of information about the
subject, and references at the ends of chapters
for you to follow up. Also, can you get access to Medline online? if
so, you would be able to do a search back to 1966
to find references about the subject. Hope this
