I am testing a protein as a substrate for pkc, and i am trying
to go through vendors, as to which is the best for my purpose.
any suggestions? sigma cells 5 units/$250. are 'dirtier' preparations
suitable for publication? which preps?
Please help, i am a novice, and this is what i ask for
christmas, just so i can do a set of phosphorylation experiments.
