I can't imagine this as a great problem.
If you don't react with a commotion this should be harmless.
Obviously, none of your vessels have been damaged, yet.
19 Years is no age to worry about oneself having one's brain damaged...
I think you should calm down a bit about the whole matter.
It is much more probable to be damaged in a drunken driver accident.
And talking of alcohol: one session of getting stoned kills much more
neurons than pillow-gymnastics...
