Does the vesicles have a charge that changes with the charge in the
nerve cell when firing? Are the neurotransmitter substances sensitive
to oscillating electrical fields? Do the harmonics of the oscillations
in a normal nerve cell effect the probability of high physical activity
of the neurotransmitters?
