Muniere's Disease

I believe you mean Meniere's syndrome.  A description can be found in any
basic Otology or  Audiology text.  It is a triad of symptoms - balance
problems (true vertigo), fluctuating hearing loss, and roaring tinnitus. 
There is often a sensation of fullness of the ear (believed due to the
loss of hearing).  Menieres is often used by the unwary to refer to one of
a number of similar disorders making the term meaningless unless one knows
the useage of the diagnostician.  Treatment can be surgery.  This is done
to relieve the dizziness when other methods have failed.  The symptoms
arise from an overproduction of inner ear fluids.  Surgery attempts to
correct this.  Don't know the current success rate of surgery.  Suggest
you check most current text at local medical school library or even some
of the better home doctor books.  Reply if you need more.  I'll try to
