In answer to your neuropsych question:
Fundamental of Human Neuropsychology (Kolb and Whishaw) is, indeed, an
excellent, comprehensive textbook. Another which sort of takes it
another (more clinically focused) step I can't find the exact title for,
but it's written by Lesak.
