I e-mailed Cara Kaufman (ckaufman at access3.digex.net) and it turns out that
Ôthe NeuroscientistÕ is not really a newsgroup but a printed newspaper,
extracts of which are being published as web pages. While this will
undoubtedly be of some use, it seems it is really intended as a sampler to
get more subscriptions to the paper.
