I am only an occasional browser, but when I first looked at it a year ago
it was devoid of SNR, then seemed to pick up last Fall and now again the
void (mostly). A new newsgroup is being started by Steve Waxman who is
editing reviews. It was listed a week ago and now is off the bionet. The
managing editor is Carol Kaufmanbut I have not yet found the time to
cantact them and join (my reply to Dr. Kauffman bounced, so I will try
again.
Perhaps the cycling is related to the NIH deadlines.
