I'm not sure if this information is current, but at one time it was
available by anonymous ftp from neuron.neuro.duke.edu:/neuron. You may also
want to take a look at the new (Dec. 1994) release of GENESIS, another
widely used (and free) simulator for realistic neural modeling. You can
get further information about it by emailing genesis at cns.caltech.edu.
