We have access to a number of samples of tissue which has been previously
fixed by traditional means involving paraformaldehyde and/or gluteraldehyde.
Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain RNA from these samples suitable
for RPA or RT-PCR, or if IN SITU hybridization is possible. Thanks for
responses in advance. :-)
