I hope someone can help me, I am looking for a computer programme
that will allow me to map, in 2 and 3 dimensions, 3 variables (i.e.
cells, extracellular pathology, etc.). I will be using 20um sections
mounted on slides and viewed through a microscope as my "raw data".
