Certainly --- but be careful --- there is most probably more than one clock 
in the human *mind*, let alone the body (which has several).
For a very straightforward answer, consider the effects of fever, which 
usually results in a faster subjective sense of time.
Almost any psychoactive drug also has some kind of effect --- note alcohol,
hashish, and morning-glory seeds (for the easiest home-experiments -- but 
be careful).
There was a good Scientific American article years ago --- look for it 
under *time* in their indexes.
