Try the homologous areas (on the right side of the brain) to the Broca
region and the Wernicke region.
Look up *amusia* (maybe *dysmusia* too, and also *aphonia* and *dysphonia*)
in MEDLINE. Gallons and gallons of literature there on the subject.
Also lot of literature on gross physical differences in the right temporal
lobe between musicians, those with absolute pitch, and the ungifted (such
as myself).
