Yes indeed!  Check out:   http:/csbnmr.health.ufl.edu/~binglis
You'll find some post-mortem microimaging (MRI) of human and rat
spinal cords.  Be warned, however, some of these images are very
large due to the necessary resolution (1k x 1k).
