Dear All
I would like to get my 3rd year neuroscience preparing synaptosomes and
then doing some sort of experiment with the synaptosomes, perhaps
incubation with a radioactive label, KCl depolarisation and measurement of
release.
Has anybody had experience with a student lab along these lines? Perhaps a
well-established protocol or other experiments on the synaptosomes once
they have been prepared? Anything which may not be too expensive!
